Education and internship
For years, Brilliant AG has been a reliable partner of the IHK Stade in terms of education. Every year about four trainees get the chance to start an education as industrial clerk. During the three years apprenticeship the young people get to know all departments of the company. Thereby, the main focus lies on independent working. There is no "just looking over the shoulder" at Brilliant AG: Furthermore, the company is not unselfish; this can be shown by the high number of former trainees that are still working at Brilliant AG.
Students, mainly from the study fields economy and business are also welcome. The Brilliant AG offers to dedicated and team orientated students the opportunity to gain work experience within different projects as well as to write their bachelor or diploma thesis.
